Ordering procedure for custom-made products

The first step for a custom-made product according to your wishes is an email or a phone call with us. After you have described your wishes to us, our designer will prepare and send you suggestions on a sketch. These can then be discussed and changed again. Once we have determined your desired outfit with you, we will send you the invoice and the required measurements. As soon as we have received the payment and the measurements we can start with the production.
