Terms and Conditions for the Giveaway

1. subject of the conditions of participation and organizer

(1) These Terms and Conditions govern the requirements for participation in the giveaway and, if applicable, necessary transfers of rights. The description and process of the respective giveaway are outlined in the specific giveaway promotion on the Lüllepop website.

(2) The organizer of the competition is Lüllepop - Cathleen Reinheckel, Bergener Str. 2, 03246 Crinitz.

(3) By participating in the respective competition, these conditions of participation are accepted.

2. participation

(1) All individuals who have reached the age of 18 are eligible to participate in the giveaway. Excluded are employees of Lüllepop and affiliated companies, as well as relatives and family members of such employees. Participation using fake identities or identities belonging to third parties is not permitted.

(2) Eligible participants can enter the giveaway by completing the form on the giveaway page and additionally subscribing to the newsletter.

(3) Participation is possible until the 04.12.2025 - 23:59.

3. winnings and notification of winnings

(1) Among all eligible participants, we will raffle one lingerie set from our online shop, chosen by the winner.

(2) Der/die Gewinner/in werden unter allen teilnahmeberechtigten Teilnehmern per Zufallsprinzip ermittelt. Der/die Gewinner/in des Hauptpreises und die Gewinner der Trostpreise werden per Mail bis zum 11.12.2025 von uns benachrichtigt.

(3) Only one prize is possible per participant.

(4) The prize is not transferable, nor can the prize be exchanged or paid out in cash.

(5) Should circumstances arise for which we are not responsible, the respective winner accepts a reasonable substitute prize. Such circumstances for which we are not responsible include, in particular, those involving the prize sponsors.

4. granting of rights of use

(1) By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that we may publish his/her name for the purpose of announcing the winner.

5. liability and indemnification

(1) The participant is responsible for the accuracy of the data submitted by him/her.

6. exclusion

(1) A violation of these conditions of participation entitles us to exclude the respective participant from participation. This applies in particular if the participant makes false statements.

(2) If the excluded participant is a winner who has already been drawn, the prize may be subsequently revoked.

7. early termination and changes

(1)We reserve the right to prematurely terminate the competition in whole or in part at any time, even without observing deadlines, or to change its course if it is not possible to guarantee proper implementation of the competition for technical (e.g. computer virus, manipulation of or errors in software/hardware) or legal reasons.

8. data privacy

We are responsible for the collection, processing and use of participants' personal data, insofar as we process this ourselves. We will use the participant's personal information and other personal data only within the framework of the statutory provisions of data protection law. We will only store, process and use the information to the extent that this is necessary for the implementation of the competition or if the participant has given his/her consent. This also includes use for exercising the rights of use granted. By participating, the participant agrees that Lüllepop may send him interesting news by email (newsletter). However, the participant may revoke this consent at any time.

The participant may request information about the data stored about him/her at any time. Furthermore, our Privacy Policy applies accordingly, which can be viewed at https://luellepop-design.de/datenschutzbelehrung/.

9. final provisions

(1) If the Terms and Conditions of Participation contain invalid provisions, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.

(2) German law shall apply. Legal recourse to review the draw is excluded.
