Conditions of participation for the Valentine’s Day competition

1 Subject of the conditions of participation and organizer

(1) These conditions of participation regulate the conditions for participation in the competition and any necessary transfer of rights. The description and procedure of the respective competition will be provided as part of the respective competition campaign on the Lüllepop website.

(2) The organizer of the competition is Lüllepop – Cathleen Reinheckel, Bergener Str. 2, 03246 Crinitz.

(3) By participating in the respective competition, these conditions of participation are accepted.

2. participation

(1) Anyone over the age of 18 is eligible to take part in the competition. Employees of Lüllepop and affiliated companies as well as relatives of such employees and their relatives are excluded. Participation with fake identities or with identities of third parties is not permitted.

(2) Eligible participants can take part in the competition by completing the form on the competition page and also subscribing to the newsletter.

(3) Participation is possible until 21.02.2025.

3. prizes and prize notification

(1) We will draw a pair of GIADA earrings in the color of the winner’s choice from among all eligible participants.

(2) The winners will be selected at random from all eligible participants. The winner of the main prize and the winners of the consolation prizes will be notified by email on 24.02.2025.

(3) Only one prize is possible per participant.

(4) The prize is not transferable, nor can the prize be exchanged or paid out in cash.

(5) If circumstances arise for which we are not responsible, the respective winner shall accept an appropriate substitute prize. Such circumstances for which we are not responsible are in particular those for which the sponsors of the prizes are responsible.

4 Granting of rights of use

(1) By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that we may publish his/her name for the purpose of announcing the winner.

5 Liability and indemnification

(1) The participant is liable for the accuracy of the data provided by him/her.

6. exclusion

(1) A breach of these conditions of participation entitles us to exclude the respective participant from participation. This applies in particular if the participant provides false information.

(2) If the excluded participant is a winner who has already been drawn, the prize may be subsequently revoked.

7 Premature termination and changes

We reserve the right to terminate the competition prematurely in whole or in part at any time, even without observing deadlines, or to change the course of the competition if it is not possible to guarantee the proper execution of the competition for technical (e.g. computer virus, manipulation of or errors in software/hardware) or legal reasons.

8 Data protection

We are responsible for the collection, processing and use of participants‘ personal data insofar as we process it ourselves. We will only use the participant’s personal details and other personal data in accordance with the statutory provisions of data protection law. We will only store, process and use the information to the extent that this is necessary for the implementation of the competition or if the participant has given their consent. This also includes use for exercising the rights of use granted. The data will only be used to carry out the competition and will then be deleted.

9. final provisions

(1) Should the conditions of participation contain invalid provisions, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining conditions.

(2) German law applies. Legal recourse to review the draw is excluded.
